The WRC Symposium is a 3-day biennial conference to engage on water and sanitation challenges facing the African continent and how to tackle them with emerging innovations and solutions.

Wambui Gichuri, African Development Bank’s Director Water and Sanitation will deliver the keynote address to set the tone for the discussions of the conference.

The conference gathers technical experts, influencers, policymakers, decision makers, regulators and local government partners to engage in a programme of action.

The format of the conference is combination of panel discussions and a series of action oriented workshops with a key focus on – ‘How Innovation can be a catalyst to achieving a water secure future for Africa by illustrating and sharing strategies on how to manage uncertainty and build capability through collaboration’.
